How Agenda Consulting handles your information
What you provide
You can review a problem without creating an account. When you choose the answers on the review screens, they are used to prepare the conversation and to show the most practical next step. On the final screen you may provide your name, company, email address, and an optional phone number.
What we record
We record an anonymous session identifier, the answers you select, and behavioral events such as opening the review, reaching the calendar, and confirming a booking. We also record attribution details such as UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, the referring page, and the first page you landed on so the conversation can be traced to the source that produced it.
How we use it
Your answers and contact details help Agenda prepare for the 20-minute review and follow up on the next step you asked about. We do not sell your information. We do not expose one visitor’s information to another visitor.
What we do not do
Agenda does not remotely inspect, test, verify, or diagnose your systems through this page. It does not access your devices, accounts, or network. Do not enter passwords, cardholder data, employee records, account numbers, or other confidential data.
Analytics
We use analytics to understand how the review is used and to improve it. UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers may be carried into the scheduling experience so we can attribute the conversation to the right source. We never include names, email addresses, or sensitive business details in analytics.
